Matthew 25:34-40

Then the King will say to those on His right hand, ‘Come, you blessed of My Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world:  for I was hungry and you gave Me food; I was thirsty and you gave Me drink; I was a stranger and you took Me in;  I was naked and you clothed Me; I was sick and you visited Me; I was in prison and you came to Me.’
“Then the righteous will answer Him, saying, ‘Lord, when did we see You hungry and feed You, or thirsty and give You drink?  When did we see You a stranger and take You in, or naked and clothe You?  Or when did we see You sick, or in prison, and come to You?’  And the King will answer and say to them, ‘Assuredly, I say to you, inasmuch as you did it to one of the least of these My brethren, you did it to Me.’

India

The Katta Family live in Andhra Pradesh, India. They feed, clothe, and house 50 orphans in their care. In October of 2005 Pastor Mike went to India to visit this family and learned of the severity of their plight. PFC recently built an orphanage to provide adequate housing for the children. Along with regular donations made by faithful individuals like you, we have an ongoing penny drive and pop can drive happening to help provide financial assistance for the maintanance and upkeep of the orphanage. We would be blessed to have your pennies and pop cans - every can counts! All donations can be dropped off at the church during regular business hours.  Won't you consider sowing into this great work?

Visit our Photo Album page to see the Katta Family's orphans in India.

*Recent News*

Dear beloved Pastor and brethren of Praise Fellowship.

Praise the name of the living God.  Thanks alot for all your support. I did not know that Moses had sent the pictures since he is not there at the moment, he is in the US.

The situation has become more tense in Kenya and I keep on thanking God for not allowing Pastor Chuck to come to Nairobi.

People have continued to run over to our town.  So far the government has put them in a refugee camp a few kilometres from where we are.  UN has come in by supplying blankets and other necessities like soap etc.  Our church is on the relief team.  We are thankful to God to use us so.

What we do we cook food and take it and supply a plate of hot food to both adults and kids whenever we have the money, this has opened the eyes of government leaders about what God is doing through us and they have appreciated. I will be faxing you one of the letters they wrote inviting us in one of their meetings and indeed they appreciate what the church has done.  This has been possible through your support and we return all the glory to God.

The refugees in the camp are now around 1700, it is not easy to cook and serve such a big group but the Lord has called us to put a smile on his peoples faces.
The situation has grown worse, this morning one family of six came to me and were asking me what to do, I made arrangements and we took them to the camp and promised to be there on Wednesday by the grace of God.

When the people see us with the food they begin singing praises to God.  There is a lot of killing in Kenya still we do not know when this will end. One woman ran after being ordered to watch as they cut her hushand to pieces.  Many of these women and children are so draumatised.

When we started the feeding centre, we did not know we were going to end up being in the middle of a big rescue team. We return all the glory to God.  I have sent some of the pictures and I will send more on Wednesday if we go down there to feed them again.

Please pray for us and for the people of Kenya, and support financially where you can.
May the blessings of God rest upon each one of you.

Yours,
Betty Wodila
On behalf of Ebenezer Gospel Center.

Africa

Africa

Pastor Phil and Star have immersed themselves in the daunting task of bringing Light to some of the darkest parts of Africa. In many of these remote areas, westerners and the ideals they bring are not readily welcomed. To combat this, Phil and Star have a put together a mission school. Here they train the Kenyan people to be missionaries to their own. These native missionaries can then go forth, bringing the gospel to remote tribes and villages, with greater effectiveness than the "white man" can.

Compassion

Nethravathi Munugulappa & Indra Bagus Kurniawan are two children we currently sponsor through Compassion.
